Can I stay for the first day with my child?

Our drop-off routine is welcoming and casual. We welcome families to the same accessible meeting spot each day, and play in this area for the first chunk of class. Here, we catch up with parents and ease little ones into the day. During this time, we’re happy to answer any questions, and chat about updates. We’ll read books, do activities, hungry kiddos eat snacks. We notice that a short and sweet good-bye from grown-ups does help to create routine for the class.

On the first day of programming, we encourage parents to establish a joyful little ritual with their little one at drop off. A special phrase, big hug, or silly dance helps establish a positive start to school experience. Our experienced preschool educators have seen a plethora of emotions from little ones (and their loving grownups!) on their first days, and are there to comfort and engage children in having a lovely time within mere moments.
